Like the title says here are my results after doing the Pneumo whitening method which you can find in the BOTB section. I have used crest whitening strips in the past but unfortunately the results were mediocre. For this treatment I ended up using 35% hydrogen peroxide gel from alixpress. The first session ended early (15min) because I didnt put the gingival barrier on properly. Second session went to plan (30min). Here are before after pictures:
Nothing too crazy just realistic results, im planning on doing one more session for the side teeth and bottom.
