I've been drinking raw milk and kefir for months with no issues or problems. Pasteurized milk has done more harm to me throughout my life than raw dairy has.

That is because of destruction of lactase enzymes during heat treatment making Pasteurized milk harder to digest but raw milk contains E. coli, Salmonella. This is why pasteurization became widespread in the first place. If you're consuming raw milk safely with no adverse effects, it means the source is reliable and the handling is meticulous. Raw milk actually is one of the most dangerous foods to have raw. Meat is still fine but raw milk has a lot of risks.

Raw milk is only dangerous if it's being produced in unsanitary conditions or is coming from a toxic animal. Yes, raw milk contains bacteria in it, but they are healthy bacteria's for the gut microbiome. It doesn't make sense to heat milk and kill off the healthy fats, active probiotics, nutrients, vitamins, etc. And by "experts" logic on saying that raw dairy is so dangerous shouldn't we be heating breast milk that comes straight from our mothers since they would have these dangerous bacteria's in them.

Same bro when I drink pasteurized dairy I would get acne, switched to raw my skin was way better.

Brootal, I had also gotten acne breakouts and bloatness from it. It put me in the hospital and nearly killed me when I was a little kid.
