I understand that this thread may be a lengthy, but I believe that it introduces an important discussion that, to my knowledge, has not been mentioned previously (at least not to a similar depth).
Anyway. . .
This thread aims to assess whether members of looksmax.org generally align with a more individualist or collectivist mindset. The poll frames this question in a way that focuses on the context of a looksmaxing related discussion.

I harm ANYONE if harming them is beneficial to me: An example of this is posting a thread with the intent of causing harm to SMV of those who read it. A potential example of this is the "waterpulling" scandal. Here are three links that relate to that incident: link 1, link 2, link 3. Those who align with this ideal believe that everybody who doesn't personally help them is competition and should be treated as such. They may believe that the benefits of attractiveness are relative, so by reducing the perceived attractiveness of others they boost their own attractiveness. If anyone in this category helps a stranger out, it is unintentional (ex: debating forum member on steroid usage for personal comprehension, without regard to potential forum lurkers who may read over the debate and gain knowledge).
I harm ANYONE MORE ATTRACTIVE if harming them is beneficial to me: One example is commenting anything under an attractive person's social media post with the intent of harming the poster specifically. This could be as simple as encouraging a prettyboy chad with a nice haircut to get a buzz cut. Those in this category may only view those they perceive to be more attractive than them as competition, or perhaps they feel empathy for those lesser than them and jealousy for those aesthetically superior to them and therefore act out of emotion.
I withhold information from ANYONE if it is beneficial to me: Think of the average looksmax.org gatekeeper. This person may not wish ill upon those aesthetically superior or inferior, but they do not want to help them in any way. Similarly to those who harm anyone, this group may view everyone who doesn't directly benefit them as competition. The distinction lies in their moral compass, where they prioritize the well-being of their competition over relative superiority.
I help ANYONE LESS ATTRACTIVE even if it doesn't benefit me: Individuals in this category may give constructive advice to a subhuman out of empathy, but gate keep information from those who fall in the same looks-level or higher. Those who fall in this category may see themselves as charitable yet not completely selfless; they believe in the idea of aesthetic competition.
I help ANYONE even if it doesn't benefit me: The clearest example of this is a looksmax.org user posting a public thread with accessible information with the intent of helping others. Most Best of the Best threads fall under this category. Those who align with this ideal may believe that anyone who attempts to improve themselves should be able to do so with as much ease as possible. Their threads work towards creating their notion of a "ideal society" in which equality of potential is present and everyone can looksmax to chad. Individuals in this group may highlight the collectivist foundation upon which this forum operates, citing the mutually beneficial relationship they have with other members who create helpful threads. Alternatively, those who picked this choice may be dalits who believe in karma and want to be resurrected as a cow or elephant (
