the culture Im mentioning had a 6 foot average height. they ate low calories in some cultures but they got 10x more nutrients than modern peoples so their faces could be developed well prenatally and after. thier "Primitive features" is a good thiing depending on the feature imho. they didnt look like chimpanzees the cavemen im talking about are 7000-30,000 years old.
