Surgeon is a hack, I have a decent chin and I could lool like that with genio and bimax, thank god my surgeon told me genio isn't needed and if he touches my chin it would be only to make it taller

Even though he got DJS, his result is exactly what I worry would happen to me if I got a camouflage surgery (such as genio to help give me lower 3rd more height which is something I looked into)

Obviously, there is quite some lens distortion in the after pic. The xray images dont show such a huge change overall.

Still, the result is somewhat unideal from aesthetical pov.
