positive canthal tilt but negative hooding

hey guys, i have positive canthal tilt, but i have negative hooding and it makes my whole eye area look negative. any tips to fix my hooding so that it accurately reflects my canthal tilt or at the very least isnt negative?

I have the same issue but my tilt is neutral,I'm gonna get canthopexy,you should yoo

okay, any way to change the tilt of the skin flap tho? to stop it from pointing downward i mean

Surgery the only way pretty sure, longer lashes can minimize the appearance though.
