Logically Neutral tilt has the most potential chance to have the longest PFL, therefore it is the best in conjunction

Slightly negative but long PFL is okay
Slightly positive with good PFL is very good

But usually, the lower your PFL the more narrow your Orbits

And if the Orbits tilt down it shows melting face

Position of the Tendons is also quite essential

PCT is just a simple feature. Does not make you a chad or good looking. You need to have the whole face package to be good looking.
You can fix your eye tilt with only surgery if it is very droopy and negative.

Positive > Neutral > Negative

Then there's also a difference between different types of PCT

You want the one where it's caused by your medial canthus and not because of upwards tilted lateral canthus
