Possibility of getting lefort 3

So how big are the possibilities of getting le fort 3 if you have like 1 cm recession of maxilla, or even le fort 1, is it possible to get those surgeries, and do you guys think surgeons will be more proficient/willing to do them in coming years, or will they have better procedures to fix maxillary retrusion

U can prolly get lefort 1 fairly easily as far as i'm aware, surgeons would think ur mentally ill if u ask fro lefort 3 tho unfortunately

what about modified le fort 3, while i am not deformed i would look better having my maxilla in it's proper position and that is obvious to all orthos

I think someone from jawsurgery forums got it and he wasn't deformed, so prolly dr sinn would perform it on u jfl

it was a modified lefort 3 actually less invasive than lefor 1
