depends on the time period and how long you have been working at the company.Do most companies not allow this?
My current company for sure would give me paid or unpaid time off. However, I am graduating this semester and I want to start at a larger company. That's my dilemmadepends on the time period and how long you have been working at the company.
I took 8 weeks of sick paid leave when I had surgery in march. (They didn't care and payed me.)
I think you would probably need to wait at least 6 weeks or something or at least however long your probation period is. It would probably look really bad tho if after you joined shortly after your probation you took a ton of sick pay.My current company for sure would give me paid or unpaid time off. yeah but I am not asking for PTO or sickdays. I just want a leave of absence. I think once I get offers from companies I'll talk with them about scheduled surgery if they don't accept it fuck'em.I think you would probably need to wait at least 6 weeks or something or at least however long your probation period is. Maybe you could wear a mask at work and just say you feel ill and don't want to to spread anything.
