So I noticed some time ago I have an eye misalignment where one eye is set higher than the other.(vertical optic dystopia I think it’s called).
Anyway I started looking into it and one of the things I saw was Sphenoid miss alignment as a cause.

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the legitimacy of its relationship to eye position and how to do it.
Another thing I saw that might hold some validity was uneven light exposure(Spending long times on Screens at night for example).

I think this could be a cause because sometimes I lay on my side at night and look at my phone for long lengths of time.
P.S I Know that this isn’t genetic because in photos of my younger self my eyes are perfectly aligned
