I feel like I’m less jacked despite having more muscle, my body tone is off, maybe I have more fat deposits ?

Tbh i’m facing more or less the same sides, fat distribution worsen and I look less lean than I would before if I were the same body fat percentage I am now.

Also lost lots of muscle and I’m more anxious and emotional.

Oh and my collagen has never been better tho.
