So there’s a guy on TikTok claiming he grew from 5’7 to 6’5 at age 19 now it sound unbelievable but his wingspan is incredibly short and he’s using a method I’ve never heard about before the tbl method (I attached images of him explaining) he uses a dds generator to send specific Herz and waveform through the growth plates and he’s selling his guide on how to do it as well so I’m quite interested to know if it’s cope or not🧐

The transition from saying "bone has piezoelectric properties" to claiming "we can use a DDS signal generator to make adult bones elongate" is not supported by any of the cited sources. These studies are concerned with bone healing, regeneration, and fracture repair, rather than how to make adult bones grow longer. The main issue here is that increasing height necessitates active growth plates. These growth plates typically fuse in late adolescence, between ages 18 and 21. When they fuse, they become bone, and no amount of electrical signals, mechanical loading, or specific frequencies can reopen the fused growth plates. This is basic anatomy, and no piezoelectric theory will change it.

Throwing out more than 50 PubMed links creates a false sense of scientific credibility. None of those papers actually support the concept of increasing adult height through DDS stimulation. This is a common tactic in pseudoscience: cite legitimate science that relates to similar concepts before making an unsupported leap to the main claim.
What about the concept of a "window of fluidity"? That is completely made up. Bones do not become plastic and reshapeable as a result of electrical stimulation, as some claim.

Dnr kinda if its wolffs law based idk if it will work bc wolffs law is applying microfracutres to make bone stronger how does it create growth i can get how the fact sending signals can possibly do something with growth or even unfusing fused growthplates

The electricity is commonly used for healing fractures in damaged or broken bones, but idk about it making them longer 🤔

son:ROFLMAO:, cope brah it’s used for fractures/repairs of the bone, the guy should’ve at least made it believable, 25cm gain, jfl:lul:

Do you think his method could do anything to someone whose growth plates are still open?
