This woman apparently got taller by 1.6 inches by fixing posture.

So you are insinuating that fixing a completely fucked up posture would not boost height at all? The account rarely even mentions height with their fixed up clients yet you view the results as dubious without a thorough proof. Nobody asks for proof when random autists on this site claim they got taller by fixing up their posture.
 
I mean that may be because she's 62 and her body has been worn out and shrinking naturally. This decompression might just be the result of correcting that natural shrinkage rather than adding new height.

Edit: And it looks like she said she was 5'3 when she was younger and 5'3.6 now, so a 0.6 in difference

no i'm saying that her head is BELOW the logo behind her in the "after" pics, where before it was level with it. the people who took these photos are retarded.

i didnt "insinuate" anything jfl, i actually believe you can gain some height by fixing posture and stretching https://looksmax.org/threads/manlets-rotters-gtfih.148781/ its just hard to believe she got 1.6in without a measurement

Their marketing isn't based around height. It's not a heightmaxing IG account. They rarely even mention it. It's all about posture and preventing injuries.
