I don’t rate MK677 at all but let me know how it works out for you. What effects are you expecting, increased muscle building?

I don’t think it’ll do much except make you more hungry and bloated. Might increase nitrogen retention a bit when in a deficit so it’s probably something that could help stave off muscle loss on a diet if you can control the hunger sides.

You can't stop face bloat on Mk no matter how hard you try. You just need to overcompensate with electrolytes and find an acceptable level.
