I have a 19" bideltoid with ~1 year of training. I can lateral raise 12 kg each arm for about 10 reps.
However, I am fat as shit (~20-25% bf) and barely have any actual side delt muscle. Pretty sure most of the bideltoid is fat. So realistically I would have maybe a 18" bideltoid if I was lean right now (someone tell me if that checks out)
Is it possible to go from 19" to 22" lean (without roids). My biacromial is ~41-42 cm @ 6 foot, so if i deltmaxx will I look like a wide mogger or a frame cel with huge delts?
