Possible to still grow? 18

My mum is 4’9, my dad is 5’7, my older brother is 5’6. I’ve reached 5’10 I’m 18 but I’m a late bloomer. I don’t know if my growth plates are fused but I got little to no facial hair and my voice somewhat deep but still hella squeaky.My brother had a full beard by like 16 same with all my cousins.
