I take it from time to time when needed. Taking it everyday will make you kind of crash, but thats my personal experience. Take it the moment you wake up because a full dose will make it hard to sleep for at least 12 hours. Also makes your piss smell A LOT
It makes you more focused, way more awake its good for working/studying long hours. Its not a magic pill tho, you still need motivation to move your ass, then the modafinil will work. Take the pill and start the activity (gym, study, work, whatever) or you will find yourself super focused in wasting time
