POST AQUALYX SESSION PROTOCOL

STEP 1
ICING FACE (24-48 hours post treatment)
• You want to do this no longer than 2 days.
This will help reduce the swelling from the inflammation burst aqualyx created during the session

STEP 2
ARNICA GEL (MUST GET)
• This is where people start fixing the damage that Aqualyx has done to the area.
• This isn't just some random cream; this is what actually helps your face recover faster after your Aqualyx session.
• It lets you do proper lymphatic drainage without dragging your skin, which is what actually gets the fluid out.

STEP 3
HYDRATION (IMPORTANT)
• This is what most people don't understand: day after your bloating phase, you should be drinking water!!!!
• Add potassium/electrolytes with this for better movement in your lymphatic system.
I used Santa Cruz Paleo electrolytes, which you can find on Amazon. Any will do, just make sure it has those ingredients!!

WALKING / LIGHT CARDIO
• Most people sit around waiting for the swelling to go down; that's why they stay puffy.
REMINDER: Your lymphatic system has no pump; it only moves when you move.
• best combo (personally)
• heated shower walk 30min
• lymphatic drainage

STEP 5
LIGHT UC/CAVITATION
• This is where people either speed up recovery or mess it up.
• UC is NOT for "burning fat here Aqualyx already did that. You're using it to loosen fluid so it drains easier.
Correct way (this is the part no one explains):
• wait until day 5-7+ only
• Use LOW setting (20-30% power max)
• keep it constantly moving (never hold in one spot)
• 1-2 minutes per side MAXIMUM.

CONCLUSION
• Your results depend on how well you take care of your aftercare.
• Hopefully this tutorial helped, bloating is the biggest downside of Aqualyx but I've done enough research and testing myself to come up with something that can minimize it from 2 weeks to 5-7 days.
