Unless you have extreme flaws, real looksmaxing should first focus on preventing premature (facial) aging and extending your prime. After all, what is the point of being 'good looking' if it only lasts for a few years? Most men are completely out of their prime by age 30 or so due to wrinkles...

But not for everyone and I don't recommend using dut purely for anti ageing purposes. It does work extremely well though, look how much Ashton kutcher aged when he stopped using dut. He looked 10 years older.

It's primarily used for hairloss and enlarged prostate. And if you told a Dr you were using it to look younger they would think you're mentally ill.
