If you have acne and you are trying everything (besides actual medications and shit from doctors) and you can’t seem to clear it up. Try a post biotic. Been on mine from Amazon for about a week and it’s starting to clear up. Now I don’t know the exact science and shit like that but I know your skin will reflect your gut health. Let me know what you think.
