It's about whether you have one or two incredible fatal flaws that completely brings your face down. While having an otherwise attractive face. So the guy is HTN with a fatal flaw that makes him LTN and if he fixes that one flaw, he becomes an every day good looking HTN guy.

Surgery can only FIX flaws. It cannot create strengths.

Filler and implants I suppose can create strengths, but those are very hit and miss. Filler is long term a fuck up. It will damage your soft muscle tissue and accelerate your ageing. Implants can go wrong.

It is very rare for a someone with high set cheekbones to have bad orbitals.

I suppose I am someone that used to have high set cheekbones, while also having bad Indian orbitals. But yeah. I don't know. Most of the structure of the face rests on the positioning of the maxilla. Sure craniofacial development matters, but maxilla is integral.

Fixing really bad flaws are the only types of surgery THAT HAVE PROVEN to ascend people.

If you have a good looking face with 1 really bad flaw, fixing it will ascend you.

Someone with no flaws and no strengths is in a worse off position than someone with quite a few strengths, facial averageness and one big flaw. He can ascend with surgery. Surgery is for that guy.

You ignored his head tilt. The horizontal line is roughly from upper point of ear hole to the bottom of orbital bone, and vertical line is perpendicular to this line and goes from nasion down. Too lazy to draw but I think you unddrstood.
