Humans are omnivores, but our primary source of nutrition for millions of years has been animals.

Which means our digestive systems are optimized to eat animals.

Vegans are deficient in a long list of vitamins and minerals (B12, creatine, carnitine, iodine, iron, omega 3 fatty acids, etc etc), because although plant foods do contain some of these vitamins, they aren’t very bioavailable to humans. Ie the amount of protein we actually absorb relative to the amount actually in nuts, is very low.

Isn’t immoral for any animal on this planet to eat that which it’s evolved to eat.

Vegan’s primary argument is about “necessity” aka you can live without eating animals, which is true, but with a big sacrifice.
