What does it mean when a lady has hairs on her arms? I mean localised as the only place where the hair is growing

Im not sure what you mean. Hair grows all over women especially on their arms legs armpits and crotch. If a woman has hair anywhere more than normal its probably genetic.

What i mean is, you will find some very attractive women who have hairy arms, i was wondering if it had something to do with high e or was related in any such way. It's not that they have upper lip hair or anything, just the arms.
Then again who am i to know, they could be selectively shaving and hair has nothing to do with looks, so i don't know either

Estrogen doesn’t promote any hair production like testosterone, I would imagine it is correlated with the women you find attractive usually being white, and white women have more hair growth on their arms than almost any other women, as well as more testosterone. Also you are probably right that women with more hair on their arms have more hair everywhere but they just shave it off in those other areas. I cant imagine how many women would have mustaches if they didnt shave or wax them

Yes white women would be a good example of the arm hair, but then you take something like arabian women, who are known for having thicker hair all over the body, but it's not the same kind of hair as arm hair. Do you see my point or am i just confused?
I'll simply conclude it as the high t theory (even though high t, low body hair african women refute this) because i don't think science has answered it yet

Yes I see what you mean, that hair growth/type is probably all just because the genetics are 90% of the story, like you said africans have not much body hair even though they have high testosterone, I would imagine the genetics of some women give them more and thicker hair in certain places due to natural selection or sexual selection

Something i just remembered but times when i saw the arm hair is when they also had a lot of freckles. Not sure if it's connected but something to think about. Wish i had a way of doing science that didn't required a 50k piece of paper and liberalised institution. Talking and discovering these things interests me but professors turned me off science for good.
