How do i get rid of this post acne shit? I tried azelaic acid and niacinamide both for three month and i feel like it didn't have any effect at all. I'm not getting any new big acne like i used year ago but these spots are still there. I know they're hard to get rid of but is there any other treatment than useless skincare serums?
