I have had a consult with the Ortho and my palate sits at around 35mm so about like a 5-6mm expansion. However, my cheekbones aren't crazy but they also aren't compltely flat, and ik with MARPE it can cause the extrusion of the zygos. With having a narrower face, how can I even out my lower thirds width to match the width of my midface?
