Overall, I'm happy about the results, currently on leanmaxxing journey with retetrutide + testosterone 350mg a week + accutane + klow peptide stack, I'm roughly same body fat between these 2 pics

I don't think he gained any SMV at all from this - it's too subtle and he would have had better results from softmaxxing

From a normie perspective they would still treat him the exact same

Edit: I'm referring to the eye area change here his genioplasty did ascend him

Yeah eye area only matters when your face is already lean / not bloated , eye area can save boneless face but not fat / bloated face , its true i didnt get much SMV , imo the fat on my face really is hiding the face itself , i was never lean once in my life , i was always fat , so im looking forward how my face is gonna look when lean and unbloated, im happy because i fixed my biggest falios i had on my face , now its time to show the face itselves / bone structure by leanmaxxing , thats my opinion

You have so much potential but you should have softmaxxed more seriously before the hardmaxxes, or at least now take it super seriously

Nigga this is the poorest example of that.

This is more of a display that you should fix your volcanic skin and put down the goyslop before thinking about surgery.

Could have done the bare minimum.

Overall good hardmaxxing choices, came out without being botched, definite bony improvement - no doubt about that.

Just people are going to shit on your results because you still look pretty shit due to the skin + high body fat.

Hey, im likey going to get canthoplasty in the summer or early next year and i was wondering if these lines/creases are going to heal and eventually go back to normal? They look too long and your post one month so im assuming its still healing? or is it like that?.
 
u know if u get a razor and swipe the middle of ur eyebrows u would get more results than ur 3 hardmaxxes combined

Yeah that's the scars from upper blepharoplasty, yes they heal it takes time, irl no one notices it, I don't notice it myself, only if I take a Pic from a downwards angle

I completely agree with them but also not at the same time, yes I should have first went lean and fixed my skin - true, there are no difference - false , there is alot of difference maybe not on camera but irl everyone notices it especially after my genio

I'm just impulsive. I know I needed to wait like a year to get the surgeries for me to get lean and maybe even longer because I'm very fat, so I said to myself, fuck it, I'm not waiting anymore

never understood why a fat person does Surgery, there just isn't any ROI and the outcome is less predictable once you inevitably lean down.
