Idk man, i'm not knowleadgeable on downward griwth since it's not my issue however jaw angle implants and possibly infra/malar implants can be a great addition to ccw bimax to correct the sunken melting face look

Just check Alfaros insta, lots of subhumans tho and foid results. But he mentions CCW a lot and most are recessed downgrown af on his page

Because most if not all women learn early on that looks matter whilst men will cope with everything else under the sun be it "not enough personality", "not enough muscle", "not enough money", "not enough game" or so on. Anything that doesn't end with the realisation that they're just ugly to look at

If you are refering to class II + downward growth then it's pretty rare to find good results for men. Feel free to post some if you have

Class 3 + downward growth is quite common to find good results though.

If you are a already decent looking guy that is only failoed by jaw and a sfs case, raffaini will take you if you do an orthodontic treatment beforehand and become an italian citizen

Reducing downward growth of maxilla is the idea of upswinging so midface appears shorter from front
Never seen this with a bimax tbh
Idk why tho, cos if u cut the maxilla at a 30° angle for example, the forward movement should also shorten midface from front. Like this for example:

Is there any aesthetic benefit for person fixing downward growth with a bimax ccw if they’re not recessed? Midface is screwed regardless. The result just looks like downward growth with an odd dent on the side.

Why not just fix the recession with a regular trimax, then address the midface and jaw angle with implants?

What are you talking about? This literally makes the midface smaller by moving the occlusal plane upwards.
