POSTURE:

-Anterior Pelvic Tilt: hip flexor stretch 30-60secs, glute bridges 2-3 sets 15-30 reps, planks 2-3 sets 30-60 secs

-Flat Feet: Calf raises 2-3 sets 15-30 reps, Big toe raises 2-3 sets 15-30 reps, Arch lift 30 secs

-tadasana stretches (for upper back)

im just a nigga tryna heightmaxx bru, how can I get an extra inch of something fuckk. 5'10.5 I fraud to 6 foot tho but like its not enough.

No. I’m gonna try it after I fix my posture fully that way I know which height gain comes from which method
