A bit of alar flaring, but it was already a good nose. The lack of mouth width is a bigger problem than the nose ngl.

started with a nasal fracture with a broken septum, went into surgery the fist time for a closed reduction. it didn’t heal right and my septum was fractured which caused deviation and breathing problems so insurance covered a free rhino to get it fixed.
