For me it's usually
Breakfast: either oatmeal and banana with some cocoa/cinamon powder and greek yogurt with blue berries
scrambled egg and turkey sausage
homemade protein pancake with wheat flour and some chocolate
egg and turkey and cheese sandwich

Very healthy ngl

skip lunch

Dinner is either entire homemade pizza with chicken
healthy ground turkey salad or tacos lol
chicken/beef and veggies and rice
veggie pasta with beef or turkey meatballs
salmon or tilapia and veggies

and then have snack after like healthy pb&j or some pumpkin pie ngl

Pretty low calorie and i dont exercise at all just sit all day

Lunch: chicken + rice + broccoli + supps + ritalin
Dinner: chicken + rice + broccoli + eggs

+ water, 2 cups of coffee, protein shake after workout

Breakfast today was: Protein bread with turkey breast and two hardboiled eggs.

Lunch was something from yesterday, Rice with chicken breast and salad.

Dinner was not much, just protein shake and protein bread again. Met my goal of protein and calories for today though.

My diet is bad, not terrible but since I’m not the one who buys food or cooks it I can’t control my diet all that much. Nevertheless, I never order fast food since it just isn’t an option for me, I live in a village and no one delivers all the way here. There’s no fast food places nearby either so that’s a plus.

For me it's chicken + broccoli + rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Breakfast:
50g oatmeal
25g almonds
0.5L skim milk
2tbsp raw cocoa

Lunch:
150g Ww pasta
3 eggs
20g Grana Padano
50g Bresaola or Speck

Supplements:
5000IU vitamin D3
Zinc

Pre workout:
1 Banana

Post workout:
5g creatine
30g whey
0.5L skim milk
2 kiwis

Dinner:
200g chicken
0.5 bell pepper
50g spinach
1 onion
1tbsp olive oil
Tomato juice
2 carrots

Before bed:
30g ginger
0.7L kefir
175g Skyr
250g Broccoli
2 garlic cloves
