I’ve been kinda doing the carnivore/natural foods diet, i think it works but im always craving carbs. I hardly eat fruit nor veges, carbs mainly come from milk and raw honeyEat a variation of the carnivore diet. I think fruits like kiwifruit and banana are good but apple causes bloating and digestion problems so I only eat some.
