I do:
- Daily 15min Red&Nir Light session
- Once a month microneedling 1.25mm
- Skincare: daily 0.05 RetinA, Copper peptide serum eod, niaciamide serum daily after retinA, vaseline under eye, cleansing&cerave moisturizer, vitaminC serum eod, glycolic acid toner twice a week.
- Botox every 4 months and fillers (boosted my collagen a lot).
- Supps: i take 1g of VitC, Ashwaganda, Finasteride, Omega3, 30mg Zinc and magnesium.
- Always eat strict within my calorie range of 2600kcal atm. 2g of protein /kg.

Plans i want for the future are:
MT2 for tan
co2 laser treat
TRT (not sure if its worth the downside of hairloss despite finasteride)
PRP/PRF injections (specially for under eye region)
GHK-Cu injections (very promising)
HGH (not sure of its worth the downsides only for skin)
MT2 for tanning
Thread lift or mini facelift
Shallow "profilho" filler injections for collagen
Need to research more about longevity supplements and things that are important for health. For example astaxanthin, berberine or daily cialis.

what's frequence for that?
I think to get a good result you need 3-5 sessions during 4-6 weeks. But there are many different types of lasers, im not an expert yet.

U need to fast atleast 36 hours once a week, autophagy anti aging. I do 1 48 hour fast once a week for autophagy.

I am going to the gym 4 times a week and struggle to gain lean mass, so fasting for so many hours is a bit difficult.

Why are you still using cerave cleanser and moisturizer? It's garbage, try using stuff from different brands (if you have the money) examples being Dermalogica, Murad, PETERTHOMASROTH, Skinceuticals (my personal favorite).

You can fast that long without losing muscle? How many calories do you eat those other 5 days and how heavy are you?

dawg remove ashwaganda it can cause random liver failure
