I need to lose weight (10 pounds) before I start my first cycle, I wanna slay some new big booty bitches and ditch my current harem, but before I start meeting new girls I need to shed the fat I've gained. NEED TIPS NOW!

Lift heavy
Cut out high calorie sugary food
Generally only eat carbs if you’re gonna use them for excersise
Wake up early to boost metabolism, don’t eat 4 hours before bed

caffeine + ephedrine/synephrine in the morning or before workout (as long as it doesnt mess with your sleep)

Fast way is to lose fat is don't eat. But you will lose muscle but who care. Don't think u have muscle anyways since u didn't start cycle

Calorie deficit obviously

From most importance to least :

1. Will power to achieve your goals

2. sleep atleast 7 hrs at NIGHT (in darkeness)
Inorder to get melatonin which helps body produced hGH (human growth hormone) which is the most powerful human hormone regarding fat loss

3.high protein diet ESPECIALLY animal protein sources because more Amino acids, and less carbs (more "pure" than plant based protein sources)

4. Lower stress ( stress makes it harder to lose weight)

5. Do sports. Weightlifting is good in long term to increase muscle mass which will increase resting matabolic rate which means you burn more calories for doing nothing.

6. Don't snack. Keep atleast 5-6 hrs between every meal because that will boost HGH(fat burning hormone) and lower insulin. They have an inverse relationship.

7. Less carbs in the diet because they increase insulin and decrease hgh.

8. Sugar, soft drinks, 3ajeen (like wheat high carb bread of Arabs made if flour), fried food etc etc all spike insulin very much.

9. Eat more fiber to feel full and eat less calories ( like salad and low calorie filling foods)

10. If you still fail get blood work and check for : d3, T3, T4, cortisol, insulin, tsh, testo, dhea(especially women)

11. Caffeine increases metabolic rate = more energy expenditure

12. Nicotine NOT FROM SMOKING it comes from food

Tomatoes, potatoes,aubergine etc
