Mine:

Morning:
- I wake up and send a mail to alfaro requesting a consultation. I like to get done with it as soon as possible to free my head of important things.

- I brush my teeth

- Workout is important. I hard mew for 30 minutes straight.

- after that workout I’m sweaty and exhausted. It’s time to shower to clean myself and relax. I shower 2-3 Times in a row for the Maximum effect.


After morning:

- I eat a whole blister of fin pills

- I read my daily journal „looksmax.org“ and research about the latest developments in lefort 3 surgery

- after that I eat. raw steak only



Evening:

- I post a thread about leg lengthening and how it will ascend me. Manifesting is key here

- I ask Indian teenagers for a rate

- before I go to bed I DM a Reddit Stacy to keep my game smooth and not get rusty

I sometimes brush my teeth, mew a bit here and there and shower from time to time

Did all these things semi-consistently before but now getting serious:

-TRT 200-225mg a week
-Finasteride 0.5mg 4x a week
-Minoxidil 5% 1ml 4-7x a week
-Vegetables daily, fruits most days
-Eating clean, maintenance or slight deficit on non-lifting days, maintenance or slight surplus on lifting days
-Lift 4-5 x a week (maybe 6 on higher dose T)
-Ice hooding on upper eyes 3-6x a week
-Jelqing and bathmate daily
-collagen serum and moisturizer 1-2x per week
