Post your fat grafting success cases

I have saddled infra orbital surgery scheduled with Pagnoni next week after paying a hefty deposit.

But - I am considering cancelling and getting fat grafts under eye instead.

I only have ~3mm bone recession, and am reading up more on long term risks that are making me skiddish.

Fat grafts seem to correct my hollow under eyes, and seemingly fix my mild recession, with less risk ($ not an issue).

Correct me if I’m wrong

I mean idk anymore I've heard people bitching about fat grafting doesn't last and it isn't permanent bla bla bla

Only thing I heard about infras is the risk of infection so whay long term effects r u saying?

Then again you shouldn't have consulted and made it this far if you haven't researched all options and came to a conclusion anyways.

Long term ie, when you’re old and start loosing teeth and susceptible to upper teeth infections, those infections can traverse over to implant.

Also implant show as skin gets thinner
