ill try this for 1 month then I'll go madcow program probably
A B A week
B A B week
etc



Workout A
Squat 3x5
Bench 3x5
Pendlay Rows 3x8
Face Pulls 3x10
Calf raises 2x15/Tricep pressdowns 2x10 Superset

Workout B
Front Squat 3x5
Overhead Press 3x5
Romanian Deadlift 3x8
Lat Pulldowns 3x8 (any grip)
Ab work 2x15/Bicep curls 2x10 Superset
 
wake up
take a shit
sit on my ass for 9 hours
starve myself all day
eat small meal
sleep

irrelevant to what yr saying but about the starving part and being lean. its very controversial shit subject.. I'd choose size strenght mog over being skinny with lean face.

im not middle age lol im 22

I don't work out right now because I am lazy but I've been working my way up to going back to the gym, just got over a breakup so im a bit emotionally tired right now. Should be going back next month I would say though maybe a bit before depending on how I feel.

I know one of my mates is going back and offered to get me in for free on a buddy pass or whatever its called so there wouldn't be a valid excuse if I didn't

breakin ups sucks man. you will heal faster once you start lifting. i forgot my bitch of 1 year after 1 day thanks to zyzz inspirational shit and smashing rocks at park.
ur gonna make it. also what a lucky bastard wish could acess that for free. i will build a proper home gym when rich for sure.
