Was just kidding about it. I use a supplement rotation (ashwagandha among them) but each just once a week. So your body won't build tolerance and other problems. I remember wanting to buy bromantane some months ago but didn't, might try it sometime. I'm a bit away from the whole supplement train now, don't like the idea of being dependent on anything external anymore, and expected too much probably

It helped increase my testosterone and noticed mild dopamine increasing effects too. It restores kisspeptin-1 in the brain which is pretty much a precursor to gnrh and everything downstream from that. Very androgenic if you take the right dose. Too much can give sides like diahrrea.

You don’t need to mess with your GH or IGF1. Supplements aren’t a big part at all. Focus more on lifestyle, diet, exercise/activity and good habits w consistency.

I just learn stuff through trial and error and from the internet, nowhere or no one specifically.
