For what? I have different goals: anti-depression, trt, stimulation, leaning, bulking etc. What is your most important goal?
i’m kinda low energy and anti social, i want something like adderal

Didn’t notice much either. I just smoke a small amount of weed before bed to sleep faster

i just drink some wine, i'm NEET anyways till i start again school in autum. No need to worry about the police stopping me early in the morning when i'm off to drive to the local ethnic butcher
 
I use K2 and take a lot of glucosamine. Both have helped my bone and joint strength. I also lose less height in the day but it’s a meme it’s at most a quarter inch

What is your age? Are you black (judging from your avi)?

If you're over 21 I'd recommend:
- DHEA, pregnenolone - for neurosteroids
- resveratrol - neutralizes some sides of elevated testosterone
- phenylpiracetam, NSI-189 - to improve libic system, the cause of high inhib
- choline, inositol - fuel for brain
- magnesium citrate - everyone has deficiency, so you likely too

If you are clinical hardcase, then low dose naltrexone, and propranolol + noopept before any social activity.

Now if you are white, I would recommend keeping estrogen in check, as it makes us more hysterical. But blacks have naturally high estrogen and this might be for a reason. I wouldn't risk that, as I don't know the consequences.

If you are below 21, don't do roids.

  1. Finasteride 1.25mg (Most important), saves my hair, raises my T and decreases my cortisol
  2. Centum multivitamin
  3. Omega 3 fish oil
  4. Vitamin D2 + K2 MK7
  5. Magnesium
  6. Calcium
  7. Ashwagandha
  8. I also eat liver once in a while
