I put my head on it and I would put it under ur legs, but I just got used to the discomfort of sleeping on the floor

i used a normal pillow for neck support and yeah on your back

If you have shit posture it honestly feels amazing but it's definitely hard to get to sleep. I do it once or twice a week, depends bc sometimes I cba and can't if gf is over etc.
