My hip flexors and abs are extremely tight making the rest of my posture complete shit.
Any advice?

Look into PRI (posture restoration institute).


Can search on YouTube for the 90/90 breathing exercise to identify weak/overactive muscles and to set spine into a neutral position.

do you exercise regularly? it really helps if you are on the desk a lot
some people sit on exercise ball to strengthen their core

No I’m currently working on a routine to strengthen my core after doing a little research
