The Art of posture maxxing

Improving your posture is very important for many things, including your forward projection / growth, bones during puberty, symmetry, and more.

What types of "good posture" can I start to do?

There are many different types of "postures" when it come to your body. for example, tongue posture. Mewing ( resting your tongue on the roof of your mouth), is a great form of tongue posture, although some people have crowded teeth and smaller palates so it may be harder to do. I sadly have a tooth that is pushing slightly inwards and it touches my tongue when I try to mew. So I cannot really mew correctly. My palate is also small. Do not worry, mewing is not required, but it for sure can really help for proper bone development. You can get a palate expander (NOT braces) to make your palate a bit larger. Im kind of against dental implants like FME and such (they can for sure help) but for me I don't really approve since your teeth are connected to your meridian lines and those meridian lines connect to your nerves. Why TF would you want to affect your nerves (YOU CAN STILL GET THESE THINGS BUT DO AVOID BRACES AND ROOT CANALS UNLESS TEETH ARE VERY UNEVEN). Palate expanders are not generally bad. Alright next: Body posture. Body posture is key to have your bones grow correctly and more forward / even. Keeping your shoulders relaxed, back straight (not leaning forward or more backwards) avoid hunching your back, keep your neck lined up with your shoulders and try not to let your head lean down or forward.

How can I make sure I continue to practice good posture?

Over time, you will get used to these things and it will become a good habit. Just like how people with bad posture get "used to it" and continue to have bad posture.
