put a pillow between your "KNEES" when sleeping on your sides
any thick pillow works

this can likely be a saver from lower back pain becoming worse

I can’t sleep without something heavy on my legs. I struggle with light pyjamas so I wear home pants and oversized t shirt

I have chronic mild lower back pain so I'm gonna start this technique, from what I've read it does prevent lower back pain from getting worse.

start mewing all day everyday, your muscles will become strong enough to mew throughout the night.
I used to wake up with a salivated pillow, not anymore.

I feel like I can only fall asleep when I sleep on my right side.
If I lie with my back towards the bed I legit cannot fall asleep.
What's the ideal sleeping position?
