I came here for the avi first house fan Ive seen on org also I am buying potassium and magnesium supplements, they are def not the difference maker but they help a lot. Just drink a lot, work out, and try to be as lean as possible

You need about 3,400 mg daily, and those 2 bananas already cover 25%. For the rest, just crush the potatoes and beans at the dining hall

Baktım harbi sweet potato da ciddi potasyum varmış. Acaba bu özel bi çeşit patates oldugundanmı, yoksa bizim pazardan aldığımız patatesin bu kadar potasyumlu olma ihtimali yok.
