I wanted to buy potassium chloride for debloat a little, but I can't get it and I see that they sell it for plant fertilizers, instead I can get potassium citrate easily, however I heard several of you say that it is bad and I should buy potassium chloride. Why is this, and what should I do?

It doesn't really work. The thing is, potassium gets rid of water that's already in your bladder, but it doesn't draw out the water that's bloating your skin. It has to go to your bladder first, then potassium works. So, it's useless.

En realidad no funciona. El problema es que el potasio elimina el agua que ya está en la vejiga, pero no extrae el agua que hincha la piel. Primero tiene que llegar a la vejiga y luego actúa el potasio. Por lo tanto, es inútil.
Interesting, is there anything that can be done? (apart from low bf)

Low bf is the strategy I'm using now. Let's see what happens when I get down to around 10-12%. It's a hail Mary, but I've tried everything else to no avail.
