bro just buy potassium salt tablets are a waste of money and you get higher doses with the salt anyway. been seasoning my food with it for months and its helped me get that last bit of potassium in
 
u dont needa buy potassium tablets bro. fcking dried apricots have a shit ton while also having other vitamins. Js fix the diet

I’m on a strict diet, and the only sources of potassium I can include are lactose-free dairy and potatoes, chicken breast
I can’t add anything else without messing up my current macros, since they’re already perfectly balanced. So right now it’s option for me to take potassium tablets to reach the better intake

Ive been eating salt a lot before,last 7 days its been 2-3g daily of salt strict ,no sugar as well less then 20-23g from all day food
 
Sounds great tbh. You should focus on hydration and as I said - potassium pills are very convenient, you can just take 2000 mg at once instead of eating like 5 bananas or 3 avocados

I would love to eat bananas or avocados instead of tablets, but i cant bc of extra sugar and fat
