Hi, I recently had a CT scan of my skull, and I'm wondering if I should consider getting a bimax/trimax to ascend. My front profile isn't too bad, except for the lower third, and the side profile is genuinely cooked in my opinion. I also have some functional problems, for example, my tongue does not fit completely into the roof of my mouth, I snore at night and breathe through my mouth in my sleep, I also have slight difficulty breathing through my nose in the throat area, possibly due to potential class 2 malocclusion. I’m also considering getting a maxillary expander as well. What do you guys think? CT scan attached. Thanks in advance.
