Tazemetostat is a Cancer Tumor treatment administered oral daily, and used in the patients whose tumors had an abnormal EZH2 gene. EZH2 keeps MSC's in an undifferentiated state and its Inhibition pushes these cells to Differentiation (Positive for Bone Growth). It's a gene linked to Weavers Syndrome which is characterized by an irregularly advanced bone age. Tazemetostat should counter this genes expression and help reap positive bone growth results.
