Not rlly fixable at all for you. I don’t think surgery would make it look any better. Your side isn’t that bad at all though. Front is too good for an unideal side to matter too much

I think you could get HTN. Your already like hmtn. The main thing holding you back is your maxilla so look into what to do about that. I think stuff like chin tucks are pretty good if you aren’t doing that stuff already
