Potential? Improvement?

I’m 16, I’m 5”7 started puberty late 14 maybe early 15. My brother with the same mother and father has a beard and moustache but I haven’t grown mine yet. Do I have any potential at all? If not or even if I do, what’s the most I could do for me to be able to improve and have a glow up. Ik I’m probably sub-5 maybe sub3 but I’m just trying to at least reach mtn by the time I’m 18. Or when I turn 16 next year. I’ve started going gym 4 months ago and I’m taking creatine. My hair is maybe 2b maybe 1c and it’s heavy and bulky which is annoying to style. Is there anything I could do to noticeably improve my looks, any suggestions and tips help.

I was thinking to cut too but wouldn’t it be easier if I build muscle first then cut so I could achieve a lean physique?

GYM:

you need to get lean, go to the gym 4-5 times a week mainly focusing on strength training, hit compound lifts, and after every gym session hit incline 12 speed 2.5-3mph for 10-30 mins daily, reduce sodium, aim for 10-12% body fat, DO NOT AGGRESIVILY CUT! Your only 16 you still have time to grow taller and if you cut too hard you'll lose all your potential, eat 150-300 calories below your maintenance ( to find maintenance use this, CALORIE CALCULATOR) aim for 1g of protein per body weight (example I'm 160lbs, I would eat 160g of protein everyday) eat mostly whole foods and no junk what so ever, MAKE SURE YOUR SLEEPING sleep like your life depends on it 8 hours minimum everyday and SLEEP & WAKE UP AT THE SAME TIME everyday, PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD!

HAIR:
Your hair looks like its thinning, and your hairline is cooked, usually your supposed to wait until 18/after puberty to take DUTASTERIDE but your thinning so bad I would recommend you take that shit today 0.2mg so the side effects don't hit as hard but still do something and oral minoxidil, also get a hair cut and change the style looks like shit, it'll also grow your eyebrows and eyelashes they help a lot, their super thin, so taking min will help that also use Jamaican castor oil for eyebrows and eyelashes apply every night,

SKIN:
Seems like your skin isn't too bad besides on your forehead (assuming that's because your hair is always on your forehead) so definitely cut it shorter but not to the point where your hairline is showing, just do the basics eat clean and use a good cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen ;OPTIONAL, ADAPALENE good but takes time, also your super pale, take mt2 and get as much sun as you possibly can, eat foods rich in beta-carotene (carrots, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, apricots, pumpkin), for your nose use hydrocortisone 1% to shrink it, also start wearing contacts you look like a retarded harry potter with those glasses just too nerdy no girl will like that shit unless that's her specific kink.
