yo im doing ppl x arnold for 8 months and i want to start in powerlifting compettitions but i dont have any good split can somebody send me a good powerlifting split?
 
Powerlifting is antithetical to looksmaxxing

i want to start in benching, squating, deadlifting competition and bench 2x a week and squat 1x a week is not enough for powerlifting

im not asking for the bro split where you do 1 day triceps and next day biceps im asking for a split that has squats deadlifts bench press 4-5 times a week

There isn’t 1 good powerlifting split. Just do a split in which you hit each muscle group at least twice per week and prioritize your compound movements so maybe do UL or PPL with the legs in your pull so it’s like Push and Pull+legs.

Powerlifting is different from normal aesthetic lifting just because it have a more emphasis on the compound movements (squat, DL, bench press). So you start with these movements each session.

Ik bro I already do ppl x arnold split but I want to start training for powerlifting since im doing my current split for 7 months and I want to get stronger
